I wrote my heart out during the pandemic, every day, for two years, on A Captain’s Blog. And then, I hit a wall. Burnout hit like a freight train, and the words stopped. Social media started to feel loud. Life shifted. My youngest headed to university, and suddenly, the house —and my calendar—felt wide open. Tarren Gilchrist Creative Co. was born in that quiet. A way to reconnect with what lights me up: storytelling, strategy, creativity, and meaningful collaboration. I’m here for the next chapter, coffee in hand.
